By accessing blausee.ai or using Pigent, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials, for activity under your account, and for content you upload or generate. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Do not upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer restricted parts of the service.
  • Do not scrape or overload the service beyond normal product use.

Intellectual property

Blausee.ai and Pigent branding, software, and documentation remain property of Blausee, Inc.. You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The website and product are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blausee, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
